Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface treating agent for a vulcanized rubber, which does not cause the peeling of a coating film due to a tack when compressed at a high temperature or the abrasion and wear under a high surface pressure, without deteriorating such performances hitherto required for a surface treating agent for a vulcanized rubber as the prevention of fixing, the prevention of blocking and an improvement in wear resistance.
SOLUTION: This surface treating agent for the vulcanized rubber comprises an organic solvent solution containing 100 pts.wt. of an isocyanato-containing 1,2-polybutadiene or its mixture with a hydroxylated 1,2-polybutadiene and 10-160 pts.wt. of each of a wax having a softening point of 40-160°C and a fluororesin.
