Abstract:
To provide a surface treating method and a surface treating device for a paving material for easily eliminating a binder stuck to an exposed part of aggregate on the surface of the paving material.
A mist-like liquid is sprayed onto the surface 1 of a molding block comprising at least the aggregate 3 and the binder 2 containing cement, or the surface 1 of the block is exposed to steam to eliminate the binder 2 stuck around the surface exposed part of the aggregate 3 on the surface 1 of the block.
