To provide a surface treatment apparatus for a craft made of a natural resin material.SOLUTION: The present invention of the present application relates to a field of craft processing, and specifically, provides a surface treatment apparatus for crafts made of a natural resin material, comprising a body and an operation chamber installed in a left end wall of the body. The surface treatment apparatus for the crafts made of the resin material of the present invention is capable of: realizing surface treatment of the craft made of the natural resin material; automatically moving the craft vertically in an interlocking manner; at the same time, polishing the crafts stepwise using polishing blocks of different meshes in an interlocking manner, so as to enhance polishing accuracy of crafts further higher; and conveniently holding the craft by an automatic craft holding device installed in the apparatus.
