PURPOSE: To execute the spot attachment of a liquid sample of a fixed quantity to a chemical analysis slide, etc., in a short time without generating an error by performing a water repellent processing to the outside peripheral surface of a pipet tip.

CONSTITUTION: First of all, a pipet tip 1 is fitted and inserted into a hole 19 of the upper face of a rack 11a, and positioned. Next, a feed air box 21 is connected to peripheral wall surfaces 18c, 18d of a rack 11 so as to be inserted and held by a plate spring, and the pipet tip 1, an installing hole 2a and a spherical detaining member 30 of a feed air tube 13 are allowed to adhere closely by energizing force of a coil spring being in a compressed state. Also, the rack 11 is placed on a storage pad 16, and the end of the pipet tip 1 is immersed into a water repellent processing liquid 15 in the pad 16. In this case, compressed air, etc., from a compressor, etc., are fed into the feed air box 21, filled into the pipet tip 1 without leaking through the feed air tube 13, discharged into the water repellent processing liquid 15 from a spot attaching hole 2b, and the processing liquid 15 flowing into the pipet tip 1 is prevented. In such a way, only the outside peripheral surface is subjected to water repellent processing.
