Abstract:

To provide a surface treatment device for a printing machine capable of efficiently using a transfer film and realizing resource saving.

In an ordinary operation, after a sheet 2 being a final paper passes through the surface treatment device 6, a film pressing part F is separated from an impression cylinder 19 by a contacting and separating mechanism. A motor M2 is driven and controlled so that a winding roll 26 is speed-reduced and stopped while sagging of the transfer film 5 released from being brought into contact with the impression cylinder 19 is removed. After winding of the winding roll 26 is stopped, a motor M1 is driven and controlled so that the transfer film 5 may be rewound on the feeding roll 23 by the number of sheets 2 set by a set button 53.
