Abstract:
PURPOSE:To completely prevent rust of a yoke and to prevent crack and breakage of a magnet by forming an epoxy film on the surface of field of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A DC electric field is applied between electrodes with a magnetic field as a cathode and a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate as an anode in an aqueous solution containing amine of epoxy, and an epoxy cation electrodeposited film is formed on the magnetic field. After the deposition, it is washed with water, is heat treated at 100-200 deg.C, thereby dehydrating and condensing the amine and forming a complete epoxy film. The epoxy film is formed on the field by the above method, thereby completely preventing the rust of the yoke.
