PURPOSE: To exert non-sticking, lubricating and releasing effects by treating the surfaces of machines and devices with a processing material obtained by encapsulating a metallic base material, a ceramic additive and a non-eutectic substance such as silicone oil.

CONSTITUTION: The optional surface of a member (industrial machines and devices) for transmitting, electrically using or transforming the power obtained by converting various energies into mechanical work is treated by the processing material. The processing material is obtained by encapsulating a base material consisting of a single or plural metals capable of being surface-treated, an additive such as ceramics and synthetic resin and the silicone oil, surfactant, lubricant, colorant, luminescent material, etc., non-eutectic with the layer to be treated in a capsule consisting of inorg. fine particles of optional shapes. Consequently, parts or product releasing, lubricating, non-sticky and coloring effects are easily exerted without disturbing other effects.
