Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method for a metal having such an excellent adhesive property that the secure adhesive power may be achieved by a simple stage regardless of the shape and material quality of the metallic member particularly at the time of bonding the metal to an org. high polymer material, etc., relating to the surface treatment method for roughening the surface of the metal and the metallic member having the surface obtained by this surface treatment method.
SOLUTION: This surface treatment method for the metal consists of a first stage for executing a chemical etching treatment accompanied by film formation on the surface of the metal, a second stage for executing the treatment to chemically remove the film formed on the surface of the metal by this first stage and a third stage for further executing the treatment to form the film on the surface of the film at need. This metallic member has the surface obtd. by such surface treatment method.
