Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger surface treatment method capable of suppressing the adsorption of odorous components sufficiently.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger surface treatment method comprises: a chemical conversion coating step (1) of drying a heat exchanger made of an aluminum material by a noncorrosive flux brazing after being brought into contact with a zirconium chemical conversion coating agent; an anti-odor treatment step (2) of bringing an anti-odor treatment agent into contact with said heat exchanger after said chemical conversion coating step, and then drying the anti-odor treatment agent to form an anti-odor layer; and a hydrophilic water treatment step (3) of drying a hydrophilic treatment agent after the hydrophilic treatment agent is made to contact with said heat exchanger after said anti-odor treatment step.
