Abstract:
To solve the problem that the paint is not reliably made to adhere tightly to the metal surface only by the chemical anchoring effect of the paint itself in the painting.
Spheroidal graphite in the surface of spheroidal graphite cast iron is picked out by performing the shot peening of particles to form cavities. These small cavities are utilized as the mechanical anchoring effect for holding the paint in the painting.
