Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously measure the magnetic flux density of the magnetic field of triaxial direction components orthogonal to each other and to provide the synthetic value of the magnetic density and the values of the long axis and short axis of an elliptic magnetic field from the measured values.
SOLUTION: This magnetic field measurement device 1 is composed of sensors 3a, 3b and 3c, a processing part 5 and a display part 7. The sensors 3a, 3b and 3c can detect the magnetic field of the triaxial direction components orthogonal to each other. The processing part 5 computes the measured values of the triaxial direction components obtained by passing measurement signals from the sensors 3a-3c through the filter of a prescribed band and the synthetic value of the magnetic flux density and the values of the long axis and short axis of the elliptic magnetic field, based on the measured values in the case of commercial frequency measurement, or computes the measured values of the triaxial direction components obtained without passing them through the filter and the synthetic value of the magnetic flux density based on the measured values in the case of wide band measurement. The display part 7 displays the result of an arithmetic processing in the processing part 5.
