To provide a surgery navigation instrument that can prevent the occurrence of a superimposition discrepancy irrespectively of combination.
This surgery navigation instrument has a hard mirror 3 to observe a subject 1, a camera 5 to input an image from the hard mirror 3, a CCU 6 to output an image from the camera 5, a position posture detection means (infrared ray LED 2, position sensor 4, position posture computing section 7) to detect relative position posture information between the camera 5 and the subject 1, a data image generation section 9 generating a data image from three-dimensional medical information on the subject 1 previously recorded on the basis of position posture information from the position posture detection means, and an image superposition section 10 superposing an image from the CCU 6 and a data image from the data image generation section 9 to be outputted, and at least one of the hard mirror 3, the camera 5 and the CCU 6 has individual information recording sections (3-1, 5-1, 6-1), and data image generated in the data image generation section 9 is corrected by individual information recorded in the individual information recording sections (3-1, 5-1, 6-1).
