This surgery support navigation system functionally integrating an endoscope apparatus insertable into a patient body, surgical instruments accompanying thereto and a medical diagnostic apparatus 5a is provided with: a surgical technique protocol input device 2b for inputting the surgical technique protocol consisting of operator information, disease information of patients, surgical environment, surgical techniques and a surgical technique workflow; a means for segmenting and storing the surgical technique workflow based on the surgical technique protocol; and a means for constructing the knowledge database consisting of the segmented surgical technique workflow, the operator information and the disease information of the patient.
