Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery system 1 including a trocar 10 being less prone to temperature rise of a housing.SOLUTION: The surgery system 1 comprises: a pneumoperitoneum device 41; the trocar 10 including a heat radiation member 12 that has a power transmission coil 11 wound around an insertion hole 10H in which a treatment device 30 is inserted, and has the heat conductivity of 15 W/(m K) or more, and a heat insulation member 13 that is disposed on the downside of the heat radiation member 12 and has the heat conductivity of 0.3 W/(m K) or less; a power supply 21 that outputs an AC power to the power transmission coil 11; and a treatment unit 30 including a power receiving coil 31 that is inductively coupled with the power transmission coil 11 to receive the AC power, and a treatment part 32 that executes a treatment by the power received by the power receiving coil 31.
