PURPOSE: To improve the fitness between the inner and outer tubes on each other, by providing the outer tube with a portion wherein the inner size of an external member may be smaller in the vicinity of its opening than that at the other portions thereof.
CONSTITUTION: An absorber 21 is actuated to absorb a subject 4 to be absorbed into its opening 18. A driving device 23 is then actuated to put a piston 15 in a reciprocating movement. An inner tube 13 is thereby put in a reciprocating movement in the direction indicated by the arrow so as to extirpate the subject 4 having been inserted into the opening 18. The subject 4 extirpated is then transferred via the inner tube 13, an absorbing tube 20 to the absorber 21. The inner tube 13 is forcibly pressed during its reciprocating movement in the direction indicated by the arrow, so that its diameter is made smaller due to a protruding portion 40. The portions of the outer tube 12, which portions surround the opening 18, particularly its edge portions 12a, 12b, and the edge portion 13a of the inner tube 13 are forced to certainly slide on each other so that cutting performance for the subject 4 to be absorbed is improved.
