Abstract:
To provide an instrument capable of adding incision function to forceps as for the cases when performing suture operation by the forceps in endoscopic operation, and thereby capable of contributing to reduction of burden of a patient and a doctor by shortening a surgical operation time.SOLUTION: This instrument makes a tip end of forceps penetrate, and is installed so that an insert may be covered by the whole instrument. An inner is inserted in the inside of a case having substantially the same length as the insert. The one end of the inner has an incision function, and this protrudes from the end of the case, and thereby an object in the tip of the forceps is incised. A type of being protruded while the inner rotates is adopted other than the type that the inner protrudes straight by the movement of a lever. Furthermore, a semi-circular shape blade where the blade is provided also at the side face by providing a notch in an inner tip is adopted other than a circle blade that an end shape of a cylindrical unit becomes the circle, and thereby various incision operation is made possible while gripping the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
