Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surplus soil fluidization processing method and facility which can continuously systematically process a large quantity of surplus soil discharged at a construction site and can produce the fluidized soil having a stable quality.
SOLUTION: In a surplus soil fluidization processing facility, a mud undo- processing facility 2 and a kneading processing facility 4 are independently installed to enable the continuous processing of a large quantity of surplus soil 5. In the mud undo-processing facility 2, since pebbles 16 in a coordinated mud 17 after a mud undo processing are removed using a vibration screen 10, the soil undo-processing can be smoothly carried out. In addition, coordinated mud vessels 21a, 21b are provided to enable the homogenization of the coordinated mud 17. A hydrometer 20 is installed as a transfering means 3 from the mud undo-processing facility 2 to the kneading processing facility 4, and in the kneading processing facility, a proper water supply quantity is decided with reference to the measured value of the hydrometer 20 for realizing the homogenization of a fluidized soil 29.
