Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor periphery of a towing vehicle and a towed vehicle and display peripheral state in an easy to understand manner.SOLUTION: When a connection detection part 22a detects that a towing vehicle 10 is connected to a towed vehicle 30, an image conversion part 16b converts images that are imaged with imaging parts 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d around the towing vehicle 10 to a plurality of first overlooking images which overlook the towing vehicle 10, and converts images imaged with imaging parts 32a, 32b, 32c around the towed vehicle 30 to a plurality of second overlooking images which overlook the towed vehicle 30. An image compositing part 16c, based on a posture of the towed vehicle 30 relative to the towing vehicle 10, composites the plurality of first overlooking images with the plurality of second overlooking images to generate a third composite image, which is displayed on an image display part 26a.
