Abstract:

To prevent the appearance of black stripes in a video image by outputting a video signal obtained just before the exposure of a silver halide film.

The surveillance camera 10 is provided with a mirror slit body 20. Light transmitted through a photographic lens 12 is usually guided to a CCD(charge-coupled device) 14 by the mirrors 22R and 22L of the mirror slit body 20. When a controller 120 instructs filming, the mirror slit body 20 is slid to guide the light transmitted through the photographic lens 12 to a silver halide film 16 by the slit 24. At the same time, a video signal obtained immediately before is outputted.
