Abstract:
To provide a monitor camera capable of photographing an image carrying evidence properties to some extent while suppressing overflow of a dynamic range of an image sensor.SOLUTION: A monitor camera comprises: an image sensor which picks up an image; an attenuation filter which is arranged before an image pickup plane of the image sensor, and attenuates light incident on the image pickup plane of the image sensor under the control of a liquid crystal layer in units of division regions; and a processing part which controls the operation of the attenuation filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
