Abstract:
To provide a surveying system which can automatically correct software to adjust to changes of the usage situation or the unique characteristics of a surveying machine.SOLUTION: A surveying machine (TS) includes: a measuring unit (10) for emitting distance measuring light, receiving the distance measuring light reflected by a target, and measuring the angle and the distance to the target; an operation control unit (30) for controlling the measuring unit; and a storage unit (40) for storing data on measurement. The storage unit (40) stores information on the surveying machine (TS). The operation control unit (30) includes: an abnormality detection unit (32) for detecting an abnormality of the surveying machine (TS) based on the data on measurement and the information on the surveying machine; a cause analyzing unit 33 for analyzing causes of the abnormality by mechanical learning based on the data and the information and predicting a method for improving the abnormal state; and a program correcting unit (34) for optimizing the program according to the causes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
