Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assay kit and an assay for determining survival probability of an object, and an assay kit for determining the total amount of a free light chain (FLC) in a sample.SOLUTION: There is provided a screening method of overall health, which includes detection of an amount of a free light chain (FLC) in an object derived sample, in which fewer amount of the FLC is relevant to rise of a survival rate and/or better whole health of the object, and the FLC at higher level shows probability that an undetected medical problem exists.
