Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sushi material supply device that can eliminate failures due to drip caused by the sushi material when storing the sushi material, and furthermore can take the sushi material out of a storage unit reliably and accurately and place it on a boiled rice ball when taking the sushi material.SOLUTION: A sushi material supply device includes a storage unit of a sushi material, and a material placing device for taking the sushi material out of this storage unit and placing it on a boiled rice ball. The storage unit has a placing surface for placing the sushi material, and multiple grooves recessed downward are provided substantially in parallel to the placing surface in this placing surface. Also, the material placing device includes a material taking body with a placing rod capable of being inserted in the grooves of the storage unit, a presser body for pressing down the sushi material placed on the placing rod, a drive device of the material taking body, and the drive device of the presser body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
