Abstract:
To provide a sushi supplying system effective in labor saving and a sushi robot used in the sushi supplying system.SOLUTION: A sushi supplying system of this invention provides sushi using a sushi robot 1 that prepares a molded rice ball 30, in which the sushi robot 1 stores all the menu items that need the molded rice ball 30 and the number of molded rice balls each menu item needs; and provides the requested number of molded sushi balls 30 to sushi plates 20 according to the menu items inputted from a customer seat or directly inputted to the sushi robot and the number of molded rice balls necessary for the menu items.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
