PURPOSE: To obtain a suspended herbicide for paddy fields, capable of being diluted with water during raking operation before rice transplanting, simultaneously applicable directly and uniformly, capable of destroying various kinds of weeds emerging in paddy field after rice transplanting at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: A suspended herbicide composition for paddy fields comprising a compound shown by the formula (R is lower alkyl) such as methyl 0- methoxycarbonylmethyl-5-(2, 4-dichloro-3-methylphenoxy)-2- nitrobenzohydroximate, (B)4-(1,4-dichloro-3-methylbenzoyl)-1,3-dimethyl-5-(4- methylphenacyloxy)IH-pyrazole and (C) 1-(2-chlorobenzyl)-3-(α, β- dimethylbenzyl)urea as active ingredients, having 500-150 centipoise viscosity (20°C), ≤45 dyne/cm surface tension and the above-mentioned effects.
