To provide a suspended ladder which is used in the state of being suspended from an upper end of a groove, which facilitates a worker's ascent/descent, and which can secure a maximum usable space in the groove without the detachment of the ladder.

A ladder 10 with rigidity is used in the state of being suspended from an upper end of a groove. Each rung 1 of the ladder can be tilted to a position 1L to be extended out in a direction orthogonal to a muntin 2 and a position 1M to be folded in the same direction as the muntin 2. Thus, a projection of the rung 1 from the muntin 2 can be set small.
