To solve such a problem that since a conventional suspending and carrying device has a specific shape and structure corresponding to each process, operation from some directions cannot be performed by using the device having the specific shape, requiring to transfer a vehicle each time a process is changed.
In this suspending and carrying device, in a rail part, a front side rail 1 and rear side rails 2 which are vertically movable independently and a rail 3 for right and left inclination are provided in parallel. A traveling part is provided with a traveling frame 4 having traveling wheels engaged with the front side rail 1, the rear side rails 2 and the rail 3 for right and left inclination and traveled and with a placement frame 5 on which a carried object can be placed. A front/back frame of the traveling frame 4 has an arcuate shape in front side view. An upper frame 6 of the placement frame 5 has right/left movement wheels 63 engaged with the arcuate-shaped frame of the traveling frame 4 and movable in right and left sides and with right/left inclination traveling wheels 64 engaged with the rail 3 for right and left inclination and traveled, and a lower frame 8 has a carried object placement part 80 on which a carried object can be placed.
