To provide a suspending device for an air-conditioner for easily and safely suspending a body from a ceiling and fixing it thereto.

The suspending device for the air-conditioner comprises fixtures 11, 11' horizontally protruded to the front and rear parts of both right and left side faces of the body 10, a pair of right and left lifting hooks 20, 20' consisting of vertical plates 20a, 20b having first L-shaped guide grooves 22, 22' into which the fixtures on the rear side are vertically inserted at their upper ends to be guided rearward and second guide grooves 23, 23' into which the fixtures on the front side are inserted at their front ends to be guided rearward and a pair of horizontal plates 20b, 20c (20b', 20c') horizontally extending to the front and rear sides of the vertical plates while being bent at a right angle to the outside of the body and having insertion holes through which a plurality of lifting bolts 30 suspended from the ceiling are inserted, and a pair of nuts 31, 32 to be threaded to the lifting bolts for holding the horizontal plates at their upper and lower sides.
