PURPOSE: To facilitate the whole assembling and wiring work by hooking both hanger stanchions on the base end sections of both hanger arms at the middle height position horizontally rotatably in the conductive state individually so as to be inscribed in a surrounding ring.

CONSTITUTION: Both hanger stanchions 17 are hooked on the base end sections 42 of both hanger arms 37 at the middle height position horizontally rotatably in the conductive state individually so as to be inscribed in a surrounding ring 36. Tip sections 43 of both conducting hanger arms 37 integrally stretched to opposite lateral outsides from the surrounding ring 36 are conductively connected to parallel suspension electric wires W, both conducting hanger stanchions 17 integrally erected from an apparatus main body 10 are inscribed in the surrounding ring 36 at the middle height position, and they are hooked on the base end sections 42 of the hanger arms 37 coupled with the inner wall face of the surrounding ring 36. The apparatus main body 10 can be efficiently suspended.
