To provide a suspension bracket capable of improving the positioning accuracy of the upper and lower links of a fixed suspension.
A suspension bracket 1 is composed of an outer bracket member 6 fixed in the outer side wall 5 of a side member 2, a middle bracket member 8 fixed in the inside wall 7 of the side member 2 and an inner bracket member 9 fixed in first and second cross members 3 and 4. First and second lower through-holes 17 and 24 are provided in the outer bracket member 6 and the middle bracket member 8 so as to form a lower link mount section 23. First and second upper through-holes 25 and 53 are provided in the middle bracket member 8a and the inner bracket member 9 so as to form an upper link mount section 52. A fitting recessed part 34 fitted with the first cross member 3 and a notched part 35 for holding the second cross member 4 are provided in the upper edge of the inner bracket member 9.
