A fluid pressure cylinder is communicated with unit fluid pressure cylinders 6, 7 exerted by the vertical load from both wheels mounted on the both wheels of a wheel system supported with a tandem wheel suspension and a unit fluid pressure suspension controller having a pipe (passage) 16 communicating fluid pressure chambers 14, 15 of the unit fluid pressure cylinders 6, 7 and a reservoir communicating via the passage, and a right front wheel system and left rear wheel system, left front wheel system and right rear wheel system out of the wheel systems are communicated by means of the passage 16 respectively via the fluid pressure cylinder to make the pressure change of the right and left wheel systems equal.
