To provide suspension conveyance facility capable of making a traveling body run automatically and stretching and contracting automatically by utilizing traveling force by a running driving part.

The traveling body movable on a fixed path 8 is composed of a pair of front and rear trolley devices 11, 12 supported on and guided by a rail device 2, an expansible connection means 31 provided between the trolley devices 11 and 12, and annular hanger bodies 21, 22 provided in the trolley devices 11, 12, respectively, to support an object A to be conveyed by the hanger bodies 21, 22. The running driving part 13 is provided in at least the trolley device 11 on one side. The connection means 31 is provided with a lock means 41 in a contracted condition. In a transfer part 8a of the object A to be conveyed formed in the fixed path 8, the lock means 41 is released by a release means 61, and the trolley devices 11, 12 approach mutually and relatively and leave from each other by giving traveling force by the running driving part 13 accompanying stretch and contraction of the connection means 31.
