This apparatus is provided with a separate rail which is journaled to the top of a trolley separately from a traveling wheel and which is liftably-disposed above a drive shaft 1a, a lifting means which lifts up and down the separate rail 7, and an energizing means 11 for raising using the resilience of an elastic body. As a result, the separate wheel 6 of the trolley advancing on the separate rail 7 is engaged with it by the rising movement of the separate rail 7, so that the trolley is released from a suspending condition to the drive shaft 1a.
