To provide a suspension device which is easy in assembling while suppressing an influence imparted to a spring characteristic.
A suspension device 1 comprises: a cylinder 10; a piston which partitions the inside of the cylinder 10 into two oil chambers and is slidably arranged in the cylinder 10; and a piston rod 20 which supports the piston and is protruded to the outside from one end of the cylinder 10. Furthermore, the suspension device 1 comprises: a washer arranged at the outer periphery of the piston rod 20 which is protruded from the cylinder 10; a bracket member surrounding the outer periphery of the washer; and mount rubber arranged at the circumference of the piston rod 20 between the washer and the bracket member. The mount rubber is one annular member which is cut at one portion in the circumferential direction.
