Abstract:
To prevent constituent members from being damaged by improving ease of assembly in a suspension device.
On an upper spring seat 17 for supporting a coil spring 18, a retaining plate 27 of an insulator 21 is fitted so as to perform smooth relative rotation by a bearing 28. An upper end of a shock absorber 11 inserted into the coil spring 18 is fixed on a supporting plate 26 supported through a rubber member 25 of the insulator 21. At the retaining plate 27, a skirt part 27c having a predetermined space S is provided between a contact portion 27b coming into contact with the outer periphery of a bearing 28 and the upper spring seat 17 which extends outwards from the contact part 27b and swells outwards.
