Abstract:
To increase buckling strength without increasing the weight in a suspension device which suspends a flap of an amphibian motor car.
A suspension device includes: a cylinder 21 where one end is attached to a vehicle body 14 and an opening end surface is formed at the other end, the cylinder 21 having a damper 22 therein; and a piston 23 having a PCCP shell structure and inserted into the opening end surface of the cylinder 21, the piston 23 where one end is connected with the cylinder 21 through the damper 22 and the other end suspends a flap 13. Buckling strength is increased without increasing the weight by using the above mentioned suspension device.
