To provide a suspension device capable of improving performance of a suspension with a simple configuration.
A suspension device includes a spring seat 7, a spring pad 4, an absorber 2, and a bump stopper 5. The spring seat 7 is provided with a base portion 7e opposed to the bump stopper 5 in the expanding/contracting direction of the absorber 2, a cylindrical vertical wall portion 7g extended to a bump stopper 5 side from a peripheral edge of the base portion 7e, and an annular supporting portion 7a supporting an end portion of a coil spring 1 at its outer peripheral side. The spring pad 4 is provided with a flange portion 4a integrally formed from a peripheral face of the bump stopper 5 in a state of extended to an outer peripheral side, and the flange portion 4a is disposed between the coil spring 1 and the spring seat 7. The bump stopper 5 is fitted and fixed to an inner side of the vertical wall portion 7g in a state of having a clearance in the expanding and contracting direction of the absorber 2, to the base portion 7e at its one end portion.
