An air spring 15 is provided at a non-driving shaft 6 between a plurality of rear axles with equalizing means, and a solenoid valve 7 is provided to supply and exhaust air to and from the air spring 15. It is so constituted that the axle load of the non-driving shaft 6 is moved to the driving shaft 5 in case of supplying air, and the movement of axle load is canceled by the solenoid valve 7 at the time of braking that results in deceleration of the set value or more.
