Title:
SUSPENSION FOR DISK DRIVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3684351
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension for disk drive by which occurrence of excess stress such as tensile stress can be avoided in a wired flexure.
SOLUTION: A first hole 72 where a first positioning pin is inserted and a second hole 74 where a second positioning pin is inserted are formed at an extending part 44 formed on a hinge member 22. The first hole 72 is constituted of a long hole which allows relative movement of the extending part 44 of the hinge member 22 in a width direction toward the first positioning pin. The second hole 74 is constituted of a round hole of a large diameter which allows movement of the extending part 44 in the width direction and in an axis line direction toward the second positioning pin. A third hole 80 and a fourth hole 81 are formed in the flexure 23. The third hole 80 is constituted of a long hole which allows movement of the flexure 23 in the axis line direction toward the first positioning pin. The fourth hole 81 is constituted of a long hole which allows movement of the flexure 23 in the axis line direction toward the second positioning pin.
