CONSTITUTION: When the set switch 21A of an ascent/descent operation device 21 is closed and an ascent switch 21C or a descent switch 21D is closed, a hose reel 12 turns, and a fuel nozzle 14 ascends/descends to a predetermined original ascending/descending position. To adjust an ascending/descending position from the original ascending/descending position, an ascent switch 21C or descent switch 21D is operated, thereby finely adjusting the position of the fuel nozzle 14. This fresh ascending/descending position is updated and stored as a signal from an ascending/descending-position detector 17.
