PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a signal write frequency, for example, up to 200-300 MHz exceeding 70 MHz in relation to a magnetic head slider supporting device.
SOLUTION: This device comprises a part 31 scheduled to mount a magnetic head slider on a tip part, a tongue part 35 bent to the side of a base part, wiring patterns 42-45 extending to the tongue part 35 from the part 31 scheduled to mount the magnetic head slider, a suspension 31 having a bare head IC-chip mount scheduled part on the tongue part 35, a magnetic head slider 31 mounted on the tip of the suspension 31, and a bare IC-chip 90 mounted on the bare IC-chip mount scheduled part of the tongue part 35 of the suspension. The wiring patterns 42-45 are short in length, therefore, each wiring pattern 42-45 has a small inductance and static capacitance between adjacent wiring patterns 42-45 is also small.
