PURPOSE: To save the weight of an automobile's suspension lower arm by laminating rope-like base substance of continuously glass fiber or the like and hardened resin in the form of the arm, reinforcing the part stabilizer's fitting part with woven fabric reinforced resin and disposing the fiber in the circumferential direction.
CONSTITUTION: A base body 12 is prepared by laminating a rope-like base substance 10 which is made of a one-way reinforced fiber such as glass fiber or so and impregnated with epoxy resin or the similar in the form of the suspension arm without cutting away. A stabilizer's fitting part 11 is wrapped for reinforcement with woven fabric 13 such as glass fiber into which epoxy resin or the like is impregnated. (The conjunction part 14) of the woven fabric 13 is arranged alternately. In this case, the fiber is oriented in the circumferential direction, whereby higher strength and lower weight may be achieved.
