This suspension member structure is a suspension member 10 of double link type suspension with a trailing arm consisting of 3-link structure. One part of the suspension member 10 is extended in a cross direction of an automobile so as to cross the drive shaft 5 and mounted on a side member 9 in the view of an upper plane. A through hole 20 for loosely inserting the drive shaft 5 is provided on the side wall 10a part crossing with the drive shaft out of the suspension member 10.
