Abstract:
To provide a suspension mounting structure with which strength of a steering knuckle can be improved.
In a suspension mounting structure where a vehicle wheel is suspended by connecting a suspension strut mounting arm portion 10 of a steering knuckle 1 and a strut bracket 12 provided on a suspension strut 11, a flat portion 11a is provided on a wheel-side outer peripheral face of the suspension strut 11 for fixing the strut bracket 12. Furthermore, a padding Z extending toward the flat portion 11a is provided at a connecting portion 10a of the suspension strut mounting arm portion 10 of a steering knuckle 1 which is connected with the strut bracket 12.
