To provide a suspension structure of a vehicle firstly capable of having its shock absorber steadily fixed without loosening to a knuckle bracket, and secondly capable of preventing its structural components from being damaged or the like, thus enhancing its drivability.

The suspension structure is of independent suspension type with an integrated coil spring 1 and a shock absorber 4, and a knuckle bracket 9 to be fitted to the wheel B side, all being interposed in between a vehicle body A side and wheel B side. The body 5 of the shock absorber 4 of vehicle-height-adjustment type has a male screw 14 threaded thereto as a whole, and its screwing with the female screw 11 of the upper part 10 of an outer cylinder 12 of the knuckle bracket 9 allows its lower part 8 to be thoroughly inserted into an outer cylinder 12 for fitting, while the outer cylinder 12 is fastened from above and below by a top lock nut 15 and lower lock nut 16 that is screwed with the male screw 14 of the shock absorber 4.
