This suspension thrust bearing device has a rolling bearing 9 forming a thrust bearing in the axial direction which is a support element 12 for a spring and is arranged on the support element movable in the peripheral direction for the spring. The rolling bearing 9 has the upper bearing ring 13 in contact with an upper cap 18 and a lower bearing ring 14 in contact with the support element 12. This bearing device has a means for holding the support element in the axial direction to form a unit assembly body and has a part for bringing holding in a seal lip 20d and the upper cap by a seal means and an annular member 20 and a part for bringing holding in the annular member, respectively. The seal lip 20d is provided separately from the holding part.
