To provide a suspension tower structure for a vehicle capable of evading interference of a movable part of a suspension device for the vehicle with an upper surface wall part of a suspension tower, while largely securing a space for allowing deformation of a hood in a collision with a walker, for instance, between the upper surface wall part of the suspension tower and the hood.

In this suspension tower structure 10, an interference evading hole 28 to evade interference with a ball joint 26 is provided at a position outside the vehicle in relation to a mounting part 20 in the upper surface wall part 18 of the suspension tower 14. The mounting part 20 of the suspension tower 14 is reinforced by a reinforcing patch 34. Both performance of securing of the space 66 between the upper surface wall part 18 of the suspension tower 14 and the hood 64 and evading of the interference of the ball joint 26 of a front suspension device 12 for the vehicle with the upper surface wall part 18 of the suspension tower 14 can be made compatible, while suppressing deformation of the upper surface wall part 18 including the mounting part 20 by the reinforcing patch 34.
