Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently transmit a load, acting on a shock absorber along an axial line direction, to a car body.
CONSTITUTION: A front fender apron 14 is provided in a front part of an automobile body, and a spring support upper 32 for partly constituting a suspension upper support 31 is provided in the front fender apron 14. A shaft part 40A of a shock absorber 40 inserted to rubber bushes 36, 38 is supported to a cylindrical part 32A of the spring support upper 32, and its vertical wall part 32B and flange 32C are welded respectively to a vertical wall part 22 of the front fender apron 14 and a wheel house part 26.
