An upper side support metal fitting 16 and a lower side support metal fitting 24 which are externally inserted to a piston rod 58 are provided on both sides of a vehicle body 52, and an upper side abutment rubber 22 and a lower side abutment rubber 28 are provided on respective opposing faces of the upper side support metal fitting 16 and the lower side support metal fitting 24. Between the upper side support metal fitting 16 and the lower side support metal fitting 24, the vehicle body 52 is elastically nipped via the upper side abutment rubber 22 and the lower side abutment rubber 28. A spring bracket metal 32 for supporting an upper end of a suspension spring 70 is provided, and an upper abutment rubber layer 30 and a lower abutment rubber layer 40 formed on opposing faces of the lower side support metal fitting 24 and the spring bracket metal 32 are made abut and superposed on each other by energizing force of the suspension spring 70.
