This suspension is composed of a shock absorber; composed of an upper tube forming a ridge on the outer perphery, a lower tube forming a ridge on the inner peripheral surface and also connected by a connecting part 5, and a lock nut 3 for threadedly engaging and adjusting the upper and lower tubes; a spring, an adjusting member suspendedly providing an insertion projection insertable into the upper part of the spring, and an adjusting ring fitted to the insertion projection of the adjusting member to adjust the spring.
